How it works
The wiring harness distributes current between the battery, ignition, lighting, and accessories, protected by fuses. Grounds (terminals to the frame/engine) are essential. A damaged wire, a loose ground, or a corroded connector creates intermittent faults: random stalling, erratic electrical problems.
Maintenance tips
- Clean grounds and apply contact grease.
- Keep spare fuses of the correct ratings on hand.
